They got me in for an oil change without an appointment. Said they rotated the tires but they didn’t actually perform that part of the job. I know this because I recently got a brand new tire put on which you can still see the lubricant they use when mounting on the sidewall. This tire was in the same place as when I dropped it off. I have a service plan, so I wasn’t out any money. Be mindful if you are paying for service out of pocket because they clearly don’t do everything they say. More

I will not be bringing my car back to Auto Nation there customer service is terrible they look at me stupid when I stressed my concerns about my car being there for the 3rd time. I bought a Toyota from a H customer service is terrible they look at me stupid when I stressed my concerns about my car being there for the 3rd time. I bought a Toyota from a Hyundai dealership and they have had my car 3 times for the same issue. The first time they called and said my car was ready I got there and it was still broke. The second time they replaced my motor and it still wasn’t fixed right. And the 3rd time I talk to an assistant manager he apologized but also stressed that his technicians aren’t specialized to work on Toyota so why keep messing up my window?!?! So I took it to a Toyota dealership but I have to pay a higher deductible because Hyundai Nation doesn’t know what they are doing and my warranty is with Hyundai Nation. So this is why I give 1 star they are not getting my business again. Only had my car for 6 months and it’s been a roller coaster since I’ve had it being in and out the shop. There have been other issues but I’ve already wrote a short story. It’ll be worth the extra $100 deductible to deal with a dealership who works with Toyota. More
