I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called and actually got to the Service Department about thirty I was very satisfied and happy! I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called and actually got to the Service Department about thirty minutes earlier than my appointment time. I was welcomed warmly by Ansleigh Bostick and the rest of the Service Staff. They were able to get to my car right away and it was completed in a very short time. We love our 2015 Sonata which we bought at Jim Hudson Hyundai in April 2015. The wait was very pleasant, comfortable, and I appreciated the snack. Look forward to the next service time! Completed as I expected My steering wheel was damaged in an attempt to repair a damaged area. The service department stood by their word and replaced it with a new steering wheel at no charge. They do what they say they are going to do. The waiting area is comfortable and drinks are provided when you have to wait on your vehicle. I plan to continue using Jim Hudson for my service needs. More

I brought my Elantra in for regular oil change, etc. Chris met me at my car and from that moment till I got my car back he was courteous, informative, I brought my Elantra in for regular oil change, etc. Chris met me at my car and from that moment till I got my car back he was courteous, informative, and made sure my car had everything done that it needed. When I asked to have my in cabin air filter checked because I had asthma he made sure not only it was replaced but that no scent was added that would cause me breathing problems.
