Horrible I have never had a good experience here. First, I had a leak in my car and they said it was fixed after having my car for about a month, when I got it I have never had a good experience here. First, I had a leak in my car and they said it was fixed after having my car for about a month, when I got it back and it rained it was leaking again. So I had to take it back, which was when my bag was either trashed or stolen. Be careful, I left a bag in a rental and they said it was just "gone". At least a hundred dollars worth of stuff was in the bag. It was either them or enterprise but either way it magically "dissappeared". They did me dirty and it cost me a lot of money. More

As pleasant as my visitS were, I must say that there is a gentleman there named Chris, tall slender, dark hair(some facial I believe) was very difficult to deal with and displayed levels of unprofessionalism that I was uncomfortable experiencing on more than one occasion... I hate to even bring this up, but it's sad and unfortunate that as hard as everyone else I encountered there works to bring the place up he brings it down. It's not fair to the ones that give it 100% everyday... So, it is for that reason I tell you about a negative experience as well. More

Staff improvised in making adjustments to make everything work to satisfy the customers. Service advisor (Chris) was on the ball for a quick turnaround for me. I couldn't ask for better service. More
