Terrible Repair Shot I took this car in for a minor repair, and the mechanics said that I would be needing to replace the entire power steering system, at a cost of over $ I took this car in for a minor repair, and the mechanics said that I would be needing to replace the entire power steering system, at a cost of over $1500. A little daunted and surprised, I look the car to two other mechanics just to check that I truly needed that repair before spending that kind of cash. Not only did both of the other mechanics inform me that the power steering system was totally fine, but that if it did in fact need to be rreplaced, it would cost only about $1000, parts and labor included. This dealership is dishonest, charges an outrageous 'diagnostic' fee, and I highly discourage you from taking your Hyundai there for any repairs. The only good thing about it; the free snickers in their waiting area. More

Knob left The time before this service visit, they checked the filters. I noticed a few days later that one of the screw knobs for the cabin air filter was in t The time before this service visit, they checked the filters. I noticed a few days later that one of the screw knobs for the cabin air filter was in the floorboard. On my next service visit February 8th, I gave the knob to the service adviser and asked him to make sure it was put back. He told me no problem it would be taken care of. Later that evening after picking my car up, I went to put a drink in the cup holder and there was that knob. It wasn't put back. My car also wasn't washed. That was a first. I'd come to appreciate and look forward to this service. More
