Slow service!! I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 8am. I arrived a few minutes before eight and it was a little over an hour before my car was read I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 8am. I arrived a few minutes before eight and it was a little over an hour before my car was ready. I feel this is to long to wait for an oil change. Dealerships are driving customers to the Jiffy lube type of service. They are more interested in selling add ons than providing service. More

Car care service I set up an appointment to have my oil change. christopher said I needed a fuel inductor service. I said no because I had one done a year ago and knew I set up an appointment to have my oil change. christopher said I needed a fuel inductor service. I said no because I had one done a year ago and knew I didnt need one. A while later Christopher came out and said my spark plugs were melted and should be changed. I believed him. Then he said spark plug change and fuel induction .then he walked away. I only had 60000 miles on my car I don't think my spark plugs was bad. That was in May. I took my car back for an oil change and tire rotation. Christopher came to the waiting room and said I needed new brakes and Front end alignment. I told him I wasn't going to do it now. He said I needed to get it done soon. I got my car back 2 and 1/2 hours later. Every one that came in after me was gone in about an hour. I said something to him about it and he said they didn't have a cashier and they didn't have as much done as I did. I took my car somewhere else for a second opinion about my brakes. 2 weeks later andI was told my brakes was still good and they didn't need to be changed. And I didn't need a front end alignment. Christopher tried to get me again with his lies If I didn't have some more coupon from the maintence program for a oil change I would not return. If I can't trust the person that I am taking my car to and they are telling me I need things done to my car when I don't I don't want to do business with them More
Serviced 2012 Genesis Took my car in and my ride home broke down in the dealership parking lot. The service crew really showed care and concern. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name I that was assigned to your vehicle but our lest name is Flores and and had our vehicle serviced at 11 am on August 2, 2018. The think I love most about peacock they never try to sell you something your vehicle does not need. The high standards of work put in by the machanics is second to non. Will never take my vehicle anywhere else or even purchase from another dealership. More
Huge difference between J H Toyota vs J H Hyundai service I guess I'm spoiled because I traded in my 2015 Toyota Prius that I bought from Jim Hudson Toyota to purchase 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport. The service a I guess I'm spoiled because I traded in my 2015 Toyota Prius that I bought from Jim Hudson Toyota to purchase 2016 Hyundai Sonata Sport. The service at Toyota is far superior. I noticed it on my 1st service appointment at Jim Hudson Hyundai. Now I purchased the service plan that runs through 50,000 miles with Hyundai. So I'm paying extra. Today 04/03/17 which is my 55th birthday I had an appointment at 7:30 to get my 4th oil change and service. To start Toyota does full synthetic oil changes but Hyundai uses a blend and it's 5k between changes. My appointment was made for 7:30 this morning. They ask you when your making appointment are you leaving the car. Oil change rotation and wash at Toyota never took more than 45 min. The last time I got my oil changed at Hyundai almost 2 hours. Unacceptable. I figured I'll book 7:30 so I can get done quick. I work as an Investigator and need my vehicle to earn my living. I am not able to tie it up. Not for an oil change. Well I arrive 7:25 and there are 3 cars in front of me. When I walk in because it's not 7:30 I'm 4 minutes early they won't even ;let you speak. I'm told somebody be with me in a minute and to wait at my vehicle. Jim Hudson needs to pay those guy's to start early so that customers can be serviced. I'll be buying another vehicle soon and Jim Hudson Hyundai will only be considered because of Sylvester Daniels. I was under the impression after dealing with J H Toyota that all of his service was excellent. If you never had your vehicle serviced at Jim Hudson Toyota then you would not notice the huge difference. I have sent several clients to Jim Hudson specifically mentioning the finance manager Sylvester or Sly who was the only positive in my Jim Hudson Hyundai experience. That is when I purchased the vehicle. I don't see that the person who sold me the vehicle is there any longer. Service in comparison between the Toyota store and Hyundai should not be so extreme different when both owned by Jim Hudson More
Horrible I have had multiple bad experiences with the service department. I have a fairly brand new 2015 Elantra (was completely brand new when I bought it fro I have had multiple bad experiences with the service department. I have a fairly brand new 2015 Elantra (was completely brand new when I bought it from them in 2015). My brand new car has had the same issue since I bought it. Either the transmission is sticking or something is wrong with the input/output sensors, I'm not sure because I'm not a mechanic. All I know is that sometimes when I try to accelerate, my car does not accelerate even though I am pressing the gas. It will then shoot forward after a few seconds. I have brought my car to them multiple times to fix, but they say that they cannot recreate it and the computer in my car says nothing is wrong. I work in orthopedics and if I told a patient that nothing was wrong just because they could not recreate their pain, I would not have a job. I think I have brought it in at least more then 5-6 times, but it still is not fixed. I gave up. Now I have the issue with my dash rattling, mostly while driving but also sometimes while idling. It also sounds like an acorn is going back and forth when I turn sharply which did not happen until they tried to fix the dash rattling the first time. They said it needed more padding the first time I brought it in for this issue. Since then, I have brought it in 2 more times and they are now saying that they cannot recreate this issue. The most recent time I took my car to them, I brought videos with me of the sound and let them hear it. They didn't seem to care, and yet again said that they couldn't recreate it. My response is why should that matter when I have a video of the sound on my phone? There was also an instance where they tried to talk me into getting an alignment on my car when it only had 14000 miles on it. I told them no, and have not heard a thing about it since. I know I'm a female but seriously? I have never been so incredibly unhappy with getting my car serviced in my life. I regret buying my car there, and I very much regret buying the extended warranty and the service package. I feel like I can't take my car to a more competent mechanic because I have already paid for everything up front though Jim Hudson. I tell everyone I know not to #1 buy their car there #2 buy an Elantra and #3 NEVER buy a service package with them. They will NEVER fix your car. They sell piece of crap cars, and don't know how to fix them when they don't work. I NEVER will recommend this place, and I go out of my way to tell EVERYONE I know (even my patients) to not go to Jim Hudson Hyundai on Greystone blvd. More
