Ms Holly kept me informed and updated often, without my calling her for updates, as to my cases progress. What started out as a frustrating nightmare ended with a great experience at Auto Nation Hyundai. More
I brought my Hyundai there for them to diagnose a problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I asked what if I had an appointment, she said appoi problem, the service lady said I had to leave it at least 7 days before they would start in it. I asked what if I had an appointment, she said appointment was only for a time to drop it off and would still have to leave it at least 7 days before they would start on it. I bought the car there, this is the service they provide. This is a great reason NOT to buy any vehicle from them. I called another dealer, they said they would start on it within an hour, so I took it there. More

Great customer service and communication! My 2020 Kona EV broke down on the way home from vacation. My wife and I were over 100+ miles from home and were fortunate to find this dealership o My 2020 Kona EV broke down on the way home from vacation. My wife and I were over 100+ miles from home and were fortunate to find this dealership on a Sunday, even though the dealership was closed. We filled out a slip of paper with the car's problem and then dropped the keys in the overnight service box. Starting on Monday, our car was inspected, diagnosed, and repaired by apparently, a very talented Electric Vehicle Technician. The Service Manager, Randall Stansell kept us informed with the repairs progress, and invited us to drop in and see him when we picked our vehicle up! We have bought many vehicles in our day, but NEVER have been treated as good as Auto Nation Hyundai did. Our next Hyundai will definitely be purchased from Auto Nation. We will gladly drive the 100 miles again when it is time for another car. If this is how they treat people from out of town, imagine what they can do for locals in the Columbia, SC area.
