I had a recall appointment that I thought would take an hour. I was there over 3 hours, with no explanation, and after 2 1/2 hours, they came up and me my name - I don’t think they had started it at that hour. Other people waiting had been there a long time as well. One was over 6 hours. I understand there are a lot of problems with getting good workers, but communication is key, and it just didn’t happen! I scheduled service for two repairs- one for a malfunctioning mirror, one for a malfunctioning passenger door (does not unlock automatically). They replaced the mirror actuator, but it took 5 hours. (It took an extra hour to look up and register the warranty service I purchased from the dealership.) They said the door actuator part would be in the following week and they would call me to schedule the service. Three weeks later, I've called many times. Only once have I spoken to an individual, who said they would look up the status, but after 15 minutes on hold, I hung up. Three times in the last two days I've called through the sales department (they answer the phone!), and was told that they would contact service, contact the General Manager, text service....and still no response. (The dealer sent several emails saying they wanted feedback! Sorry it can't be a better review.) More
Staff was cold and unwelcoming, an employee came from outside to get someone to check me in when there was someone at the desk who refused to even acknowledge me. The service department needs to be improved, personnel. I have spoken with the relatively new service manager and he is trying to make improvements. I needed a bub, I had to ask if they replaced it. Only after I asked was I told it had to be ordered. Didn't indicate how they would or if they would follow-up with me. Car was not vvavccum More
Arrived at 13:41 pm Dec 06 2021. Departed 16:53 pm Dec 06 2021. Two other customers had appointments at 2:00 pm. One customer was at Service Center when we arrived. Another arrived shortly after we arrived. 2021. Two other customers had appointments at 2:00 pm. One customer was at Service Center when we arrived. Another arrived shortly after we arrived. We questioned timeframe about 15:30. Was told we were next to be serviced. Questioned again about 16:10, along with one other customer with 2:00 pm appointment time. She was also told she was next in line. As we were waiting in service lobby area, both cars were driven to the service area. The first customer was still in the waiting area. We were notified at about 4:50 that our vehicle was ready. The first customer was told at the same time that her vehicle was ready. The third customer was also told her vehicle was ready. When we left, both customers were still waiting for the keys and paperwork for their vehicles. We will NOT return to this dealership for service for our Hyundai Santa Fe. Service personnel was very professional and polite. Three customers scheduled for service at same time is not acceptable. Had we not questioned the timeframe for the completion of our service, how much more time would we have had to wait? More
