The only reason I'm rating this us because I waited an extra 40 minutes when my car was already done and the part I needed for my recall they didn't have although I booked this appointment last month. When the dealership was Peacock, they did me great when my engine needed to be replaced. This last visit, my AC went out before 60k miles shortly after the engine replacement; I made the appointment a mont my engine needed to be replaced. This last visit, my AC went out before 60k miles shortly after the engine replacement; I made the appointment a month in advance due to the dealership’s availability (scheduled on 12/27 for 01/28), dropped off my vehicle, and was told two hours later that they couldn’t diagnose the AC issue due to their equipment being down. It would have been nice to know that sooner so I could’ve taken it elsewhere, but the staff was very nice as usual and understood my frustration. More
The employees were very friendly, lobby was very clean and they even had something interesting on the TV to keep me occupied while I waited. I brought my car in to address a recall, but without me asking and they even had something interesting on the TV to keep me occupied while I waited. I brought my car in to address a recall, but without me asking, they checked my tires (and put air in one that was low), battery, etc. and made sure everything was good. I was overall very pleased with my experience at AutoNation Hyundai. More
