Good customer support and reasonable wait time. Currently under reno in waiting area, so could have been more comfortable. All and all, did a good job servicing the car. Currently under reno in waiting area, so could have been more comfortable. All and all, did a good job servicing the car. More

LIES! LIES! LIES! If you bring your car here to be serviced expect lies and 45 min wait times to try to get a hold of someone in the service department! My LIES! LIES! If you bring your car here to be serviced expect lies and 45 min wait times to try to get a hold of someone in the service department! My car has been sitting there for nine months for parts only to find out I have been being lied to about the parts coming in! I will be reporting this dealership to the better business bureau! More
Though the dealership staff members (parts department and vehicle receiving bay) were super nice, the diagnosis that I received from one of the technicians (2021 Palisade with excessive engine oil consumptio vehicle receiving bay) were super nice, the diagnosis that I received from one of the technicians (2021 Palisade with excessive engine oil consumption) was rather absurd. The vehicle uses engine oil at an average rate of one to two quarts every two to three weeks (so I have noticed for the past six months). After the vehicle was processed for service and taken into the workshop for further examination. About 30 minutes later, it was brought to my attention that the oil filter was not completely tightened; thus, the engine oil consumption problem was EXTERNAL. Well, I know that the oil filter is not external, as it mounts inside of an oil filter housing. Since I purchases the vehicle (March 2021), I had NEVER seen a drip of engine oil beneath the vehicle while either sitting in my driveway or anywhere else. Yet, when I asked to be shown where the engine oil was escaping, I got crickets. I asked to be taken into the workshop so I could witness the leak for myself. Unfortunately, no one could confirm that oil was leaking from where the technician had stated. Seems kind of suspect to me.... More to come!!! More
