I arrived at 1:35 pm for a 1:50 pm appt for 30,000 mile service (Oil change & tire rotation - free service) Check for service necessary per recommended mileage. 2 hours later at 3:26pm I received a te service (Oil change & tire rotation - free service) Check for service necessary per recommended mileage. 2 hours later at 3:26pm I received a text from Autonation that my car was in the service bay. At 3:53 my service was completed. Service waiting time was totally ridiculous. This was my 2nd visit at Autonation for service. Time spent in waiting for simple service visits were both unacceptable. I have had Hyundai cars since 2012 in NC with no service wait time issues. I moved to SC in 2022 & have had terrible experience with Autonnation service wait times. I will be searching for a different dealership for my future service needs. More

Brought wife car in for a problem with car putting on brakes while driving. Dealer never found problem after 2 weeks with car. Neighbor down street found problem within ten minutes and fixed it dwithin 3 brakes while driving. Dealer never found problem after 2 weeks with car. Neighbor down street found problem within ten minutes and fixed it dwithin 30 seconds. Brought my Palisade to do the recall for the wiper arm. Appointment was made 2 days before bring car in for repair. After 2 1/2 hours they informed me that they didn't have the part and I would have back another day. More
I had made an appointment to take my vehicle in to simply have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked at. It was a straightforward issue, but if we can’t run a two hour diagnostic on a car for almost a month, then it would be better to set the appointment up for a month out. I’m a lucky person that has a spare vehicle and was able to return my car to the purchasing dealership for another, but not everyone is that lucky…. I will be looking at a different Hyundai dealership from here on for my warranty needs. More
