Robert Jackson is my Service Person. He is always polite, patient and understanding. The Service Persons were Great. The Service Techs in the back did a great job also as my car without an appt was only there for 1 hour. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to get my yearly visit done (oil change and tire rotation) done without an appt and be in and out within an hour. The lounge also was nice and clean also with snacks, coffee and hot chocolate available and water. I wish they would have tea available as not everyone drinks coffee. But they did a fantastic job.
