Incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Had to speak to the service manager, Randall to get one. Randall was going to look into the booking issues. The only other issue, which is not the fault of the dealership, was all of the overnight envelopes are sealed already due to the SC humidity. I had to rip it open to get the key in and fold it a couple times to make sure they key didn’t fall out. More
