The service was done in a timely manner, and since I had to wait for this to be completed, I was grateful. The service writer was friendly and pleasant. The staff person Holly was competent and cordial. She listen attentively to my concerns. The main concern was the inability to easily contact anyone at the Columbia service department. I had to go through an uncaring system numerous times to reach a person who could only set up an appointment. I was without my car for 4 1/2 for a electrical problem. This new contact system is frustrating and not consumer friendly. Definitely not the personal contact Hyundai used to have. More
Very friendly staff, particularly Holly Pruitt, my service advisor. The technician (Stacey) is also very knowledgeable. Holly made sure to stay on top of my scheduled repair/parts until everything w service advisor. The technician (Stacey) is also very knowledgeable.
