I dropped my car off for an oil change and this was my first experience with Auto Nation and from the young lady at the service counter I was thoroughly impressed. Holly was great with keeping me up to da first experience with Auto Nation and from the young lady at the service counter I was thoroughly impressed. Holly was great with keeping me up to date on my car's progress and made this first experience memorable. I will definitely return for any other automotive repair issues I need. More
I purchased my 2013 Hyundai Sonata Ltd. Brand new from the dealership. I have never had it serviced anywhere except for at Hyundai. My car is a lemon and around 90,000 Miles (30,000 below t Brand new from the dealership. I have never had it serviced anywhere except for at Hyundai. My car is a lemon and around 90,000 Miles (30,000 below the extended warranty I was given by Hyundai due to the number of recalls on the vehicle) the car had so many issues I was paying to have it serviced out of pocket (nothing was covered under warranty) an average of $600/month for almost 2 year. Hyundai installed a new fuse block after multiple electrical issues with the vehicle ($1,310). Then a fuel regulator and a switch a few months later ($800+) Then the starter went out ($900) then the AC stopped working, cruise control failed, overhead lighting had issues and the list went on and on for problems with the car. One of my tail lights burned items in my trunk when it got so hot it melted the plastic. I have had my car towed at my expense to the service center over 6 times now. I've never been offered a loaner vehicle and nothing has ever been covered. I most recently was told thar I needed a new AC compressor and a part replaced within the fuse block they installed less than a year ago. They quoted me $2,400 then the car stopped running all together. It will not start. Had it towed again to the dealership where it has been for OVER 4 MONTHS waiting to be fixed. No rental. No buyback. Not even a single call to me to update me or apologize or return the multiple messages I have left for the service manager. I have been put on hold repeatedly with no answers and no estimate on when the car will be fixed. Every person has told me something different was wrong with the car. Last time I called I was on hold for 48 minutes. Hung up and when I called back was directed to a Voicemail by the staff who answered. I am enraged, have been paying to drive a rental car for the last 2 1/2 months, and am in the process of putting together information for my attorney because of the absolutely disgraceful service I have received from. This dealership. I've requested a quote for buyback 3 times with no response and no offer. I have spent a ridiculous amount of my time and my money on a vehicle that is a lemon and holds no value apparently even though I have taken care of the car and had it serviced as it was supposed to be through Hyundai. When I got a second opinion from a reputable and honest mechanic and wanted to compare AC Compressor quotes I was literally told that my car was "possessed by demons" and that with over 25 years of master mechanic experience, he had never seen something like what was happening under the hood of my car...that he couldn't take my money because he couldn't guarantee that he could fix the issues and that Hyundai had installed the fuse block improperly and should be held accountable. It is the most ridiculous and rude service dept I've ever worked with and the management doesn't seem to care at all about customer service or good business. I should be reimbursed for my expenses, and have an offer to replace the car or at the very least get a reasonable offer for purchase from the sales manager. At this point, I've spent thousands of dollars on a car that is a joke, mechanically and its no wonder that Hyundai has lowered their manufacturers warranty on new Sonatas from 100k miles to 60k miles in the past few years. Do NOT buy from AutoNation and do yourself a favor and buy a reliable vehicle and NOT a Hyundai. More

I am due a refund of $316. 51 since 10-21-22, numerous attempts to collect, last attempt 12-7-22, keep giving different stories. I shouldn't take over a month to get a refund someone is not trained. When I talk to them in person they tell you the same old thing, they don't return phone calls or pick their phone when I call. WHAT'S going on. Maybe my credit card company can get through. More
