I came in for a scheduled test drive of a Santa Fe. Driver seat configuration didn't suit me. The salesman (Tylor) suggested I try the larger Palisade. It was just what I was looking for. After test drive, he offered to locate me an SEL model with Premium package to get me the heated/ventilated seats and heated steering wheel I wanted. He located one and the dealership traded a Caligraphy model to get it for me. The first located vehicle we had settled our deal on was sold by the other dealer, but Autonation located another SEL with the Premium package. Pricing was great - no market adjustment like some dealers are doing on Palisades - and trade in value was adjusted upward to offset the additional accessory costs on the second located vehicle versus the initial cost in the deal we had made. Business transaction (loan, title, plate transfer, etc) was handled without a hassle. Top notch dealership and great people to deal with. Highly recommended. I've bought and/or leased dozens of cars from lots of dealerships in my lifetime - Autonation Hyundai in Columbia SC is now at the top of my list. More
