Brought wife car in for a problem with car putting on brakes while driving. Dealer never found problem after 2 weeks with car. Neighbor down street found problem within ten minutes and fixed it dwithin 3 brakes while driving. Dealer never found problem after 2 weeks with car. I had made an appointment to take my vehicle in to simply have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked have a diagnostic on the transmission. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get an appointment and then the vehicle sat on the lot for 8 days without being looked at. It was a straightforward issue, but if we can’t run a two hour diagnostic on a car for almost a month, then it would be better to set the appointment up for a month out. I’m a lucky person that has a spare vehicle and was able to return my car to the purchasing dealership for another, but not everyone is that lucky…. I will be looking at a different Hyundai dealership from here on for my warranty needs. More
