This was our first visit to Auto Nation to bring our 2021 Sante Fe for it's first service. We just moved from Arizona where we had a dealership and service department we absolutely loved. We weren't sure what to expect in SC but we were very pleased. We had opted to pay for a service (oil changes are free for 3 years) that we really didn't need yet but decided to get it anyway. The service person decided that we didn't need it and the charge was removed from our bill. Now I'm impressed. The waiting room is comfortable with a selection of beverages, tv, WIFI service and nice, clean bathrooms. We LOVE our Sante Fe and I think we'll love Auto Nation Hyundai More

Bought a vehicle I had previously been leasing. Dealership tried to charge an extra $400, said it was the dealership policy. I talked to the General Manager and told him my Lease contract with Hyun Dealership tried to charge an extra $400, said it was the dealership policy. I talked to the General Manager and told him my Lease contract with Hyundai did not require that and offered to show him to the contract. He said he didn’t need to see the contract he knew exactly what it said. I refused to pay until after he talked with Hyundai and validated their right to collect the $400. He came back after talking with Hyundai and said “Well, guess your right. I’ll have them take the $400 back off”. No apology at all. A month after the purchase was completed Hyundai charged me an additional payment or have a late payment on my credit report. Stated, they had not received any payment from the dealership on the purchase of my vehicle. Called the dealership for the next 5 days with seven phone calls without a return call. Finally went down to the dealership and spoke to them in person. Why did I wait five days to go there in person? Recent surgery and not authorized to drive. Still waiting final resolution and refund of last payment but at least I have a verbal promise and apology. However, how many people over the last few years have paid that $400 extra charge. I have launched an investigation through Hyundai lease department. Beware for fraudulent activities by knowing what is and is not in your contract. More
