After doing our homework on the internet and determining specs and choices preferred, we visited your dealership to talk about the 2022 Palisade. Joseph Delmege explained the current market, (totally differ specs and choices preferred, we visited your dealership to talk about the 2022 Palisade. Joseph Delmege explained the current market, (totally different than what we had experienced in the past), and we agreed to purchase the Palisade subject to vehicle inspection. Joe was a great salesman, very courteous, responsive to emails and texts; no problems. At that time, we were given an estimate by the Credit Mgr(without meeting with him) of financing % based on excellent credit scoring, which we were confident. On vehicle arrival, we chose to proceed with purchase and were informed that the estimated financing % was no longer available on our vehicle. (B/c of our credit history, we normally would have gotten pre-approval and financing in place with a check in hand prior to arrival to purchase). We then had to meet with CM and were quoted a rate much higher than we qualified with our lender. He seemed unconcerned about securing the deal with dealer financing, or if we chose to walk out the door. At that point, our opinion of your dealership went way down. If that is your ploy with today's market, as long as someone else can walk in and purchase the vehicle, who cares as long as a deal is made, it is not for me to recommend your dealership. I could recommend your Salesman, but not your Credit Dept. We were made to feel that we had no value as seasoned buyers with good credit; he seemed intent on treating us as if we lived month to month and what he could do to make our monthly budget work. We were just on 2 separate pages. More
When the dealership was Peacock, they did me great when my engine needed to be replaced. This last visit, my AC went out before 60k miles shortly after the engine replacement; I made the appointment a mont my engine needed to be replaced. This last visit, my AC went out before 60k miles shortly after the engine replacement; I made the appointment a month in advance due to the dealership’s availability (scheduled on 12/27 for 01/28), dropped off my vehicle, and was told two hours later that they couldn’t diagnose the AC issue due to their equipment being down. It would have been nice to know that sooner so I could’ve taken it elsewhere, but the staff was very nice as usual and understood my frustration. More

The employees were very friendly, lobby was very clean and they even had something interesting on the TV to keep me occupied while I waited.
