Difficult Sales Manager Joey McDougal Jr. . He was brutal and very difficult to work with regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. He seemed irritated and angry. Not sure why he was so diffic . It wasn't the price, but the process to purchase the car and dealing with him was an awful experience. This guy was unprofessional and difficult to have a conversation with. He was our ONLY bright spot in my whole buying experience. Other than that my overall experience was absolutely horrible... A total crap show.... I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I ended up waiting 6-1/2 hours at this dealership to even be able to purchase my NEW automobile.. The atmosphere and attitude at the dealership was completely toxic.. When I finally got in a position to purchase my new auto, we were sequestered into some small room in the back with some arrogant, condescending high pressure finance type person. From what he told me he was from out of town. Seems to me his job was to pressure me & my wife into buying extended warranties and such. Did not like this at all... Drove 2.5 hours to the dealership (from Wrens GA) and did not appreciate the wait AND the way we were treated not one bit. Dude acted like he was doing us a favor, just for letting us talk to him, taking up his time and letting us give him $27,000.. Total disaster.. :( Jonathan & Jennifer Thigpen More

Got a great price for my vehicle. Not very enthused in selling unless you are holding a full check which makes sense for our market.
