Incredibly difficult to get an appointment. Had to speak to the service manager, Randall to get one. Randall was going to look into the booking issues. After he set me up with an appointment, I Had to speak to the service manager, Randall to get one. Randall was going to look into the booking issues. After he set me up with an appointment, I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day. Everything else went smoothly. The only other issue, which is not the fault of the dealership, was all of the overnight envelopes are sealed already due to the SC humidity. I had to rip it open to get the key in and fold it a couple times to make sure they key didn’t fall out. More

I like the dealership, service dept not so much. Communication is poor. I had my car serviced and despite me asking for windshield wiper blades to be replaced which is part of my package, those were Communication is poor.
