If I could give the dealership in Columbia a lower score I would. Just terrible professionalism all around. The only bright light you have there is a he finance and insurance guy that processed our paperwor I would. Just terrible professionalism all around. The only bright light you have there is a he finance and insurance guy that processed our paperwork, all the others from the sales, parts, and service SUCKS. My wife and I just purchased another new car a few months after we bought the Hyundai, and because of past experiences, AutoNation wasn’t even considered. Someone really need to go visit that dealership and change the mindset there. More
