The buying experience was great but the service center is disappointing to say the least. Took my car and dropped it off for a diagnostic check b/c I'm losing 1 quart of oil every oil change which is about every 5,000 miles. Told them I also had black sut in the tail pipe. Advisor called me a b/c I'm losing 1 quart of oil every oil change which is about every 5,000 miles. Told them I also had black sut in the tail pipe. Advisor called me and said that losing 1qt of oil every oil change is amazing if that's all your losing and couldn't find any leaks. I asked her what about the black in the tail pipe? She said we didn't check that wasn't aware of that. She told me they waived the 160.00 diagnostic fee. I told her I've never heard losing oil was a good thing.I also told them I had black sut in the tail pipe when I originally made my appointment. I'l Never go back to Auto Nation!!! I called and left a message for her to call me and no response. I also called and left a message for the service manager and no response! They absolutely have no customer service skills and act like it's a joke. More
