Jerrell the sales representative was the single best guy we have dealt with in over 40 years of buying over 15 cars. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He especially impressed us by spending over an hour with us to go over all the special parts of the car after closing the deal prior to us driving off. He didn't need to do it, but he did it anyway and was great. The financing rep was a young guy and came across as trying to take advantage of us (and he did in certain ways - ie. we recieved $1000 discount for financing with Hyundai and saw that it was advertised as $1250 after the fact). The financing rep's supervisor was the man who ensured we purchased our car from AutoNation. He made us feel like we were important enough for him to direct the young financing rep to modify the plan that he was attempting to sell us (and take advantage of us). That is his job and he did it well. Thank you. AutoNation received a 5 because of those two outstanding people. We would shop with them again. Overall it did take too long to complete this sale. 7 hours. More

I am due a refund of $316. 51 since 10-21-22, numerous attempts to collect, last attempt 12-7-22, keep giving different stories. I shouldn't take over a month to get a refund someone is not trained. When I talk to them in person they tell you the same old thing, they don't return phone calls or pick their phone when I call. WHAT'S going on. Maybe my credit card company can get through. More
