I arrived at my Appointment 15 minutes early and was taken to the Waiting area and offered snacks. I grabbed a cup of coffee and in about 30 - 40 minutes I was told my car was finished. AutoNation Team was ready for me when I arrived. The waiting area was clean quiet. My service advisor made great effort to reduce my wait time from 3 hours (for recall work) to 1.5 hours. Awesome!
