Jackson is one of the best Certified Service Advisors in the Service Department. He has been a key go to because of the efficiency of his process, and knowledge of automobiles. He and his team always make sure I don't miss a service appointment. The Certified Service Technician Stacey has serviced my Hyundai Genesis and I have never had an issue on performance after his work. Also in the parts department Terrance and "Tee Tee" was quick at getting my part delivered and transferred to Jackson. I got to meet the Service Manager Randall and he asked me how did his staff do. He was passionate about how his team treated little ole me. I felt special. I noticed he did the same to other customers. Oh, how I knew they were certified? All I had to do was look around! The AutoNation Hyundai service department on Greystone Blvd in Columbia SC is a first class operation! Thank you all for your service! More
