Lesley did a great job trying helping us find what we were looking for. Unfortunately, our requirements did not fit anything on the lot. I worked with Scott on purchasing two new 2011 Hyundai Sonata's over a two week period. I'm a picky buyer, so I searched high and low (including Atlanta, Greenville, Spartanburg) for my new Elantra Touring SE. Jim Hudson Hyundai found me exactly what I was looking for, and their price could not be beat. The buying experience was a delight. I returned from a business trip on the day the car was to be picked up. My sales consultant, Eddie Hinson, offered to pick me up at an airport over an hour away and bring me into the dealership so I could drive my new car home (I accepted)...talk about customer service! I highly recommend Jim Hudson Hyundai. More

I shopped the internet for months before deciding on a Hyundai. First time I've bought a foreign car and my wife just loves it. I was getting tired of trying to purchase a Hyundai in North Carolina. I found the high pressure sales and the refusal to provide me with necessary information to be very annoying. So I decided to purchase my Hyundai Elantra Touring via the internet. I worked with Mark Allison at Jim Hudson Hyundai, and found him to be very friendly, genuine, and helpful. He provided me with all the information that I asked for in a timely manner, without giving me the runaround. He even delivered the car to a halfway point so that I didn't have to go all the way to Columbia! I got exactly the model, color, and even price that I wanted. No buyers remorse here. We visited this dealership to purchase 2011 Hundai Sonata SE and the deal was finalized and contract between buyer and dealer was signed, finance was approved and check for down payment was given to dealer. SE and the deal was finalized and contract between buyer and dealer was signed, finance was approved and check for down payment was given to dealer. The model of that car was not in the dealers lot, so dealer told us that they will get the car next day. Next day dealer changed their mind and asked for many more hundred dollors for that car. Finaly the dealer refused to sale the car for the price for which cntract was signed and voided the contract and returned down pament check. I had purchased many cars but never had bad experience like this. More

I called for a 15 thousand mile maintenance check which consists of 11 checks with 2 possible repair or replacement. Todd Speaker said ask for him when I arrive at the dealership. I asked for him and explained again what I needed done to my car and to have a 4 wheel alignment ($59.95 with coupon) done also. Todd returns 2 and a half hours later with a $300 bill and my car is soaking wet and dirty. He had the technician change every filter on the car which is not a part of the maintenance log except the air filter and other repairs were done which were not remotely connected to this visit. My car ended up dirty and Todd trying to explain to me that he saved me money. Stay away from this place. The sales deapartment might be great but the service department is a rip off. More

This is an excellent dealer for all your Hyundai service needs in every way. The service advisor has a friendly demenor and explains in detail what work is to be done. I had first started coming to this dealer after another dealer was unable to correctly diagnose a transmission problem I had last year. At the other place after two visits the problem persisted but at Jim Hudson Hyundai they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. So the mechanics here know their stuff. More
