After shopping at several other dealers looking for a mid size sedan with 35 mpg gas ratings I ended up at your dealership. Immediately upon arrival Cathy Duncan greeted me. She gave me the dime tour of the dealership and answered all of my questions about my interest in the Sonata line of vehicles. I explained to Cathy that my wife was out of town and it would be necessary for her to go by and test drive the Sonata. This was accomplished and on my second visit with Cathy we made the deal on our new Sonata. We are very pleased so far with the Sonata. It drives great, comfortable and for the first 1200 miles we have averaged 33.2 mpg. Gas mileage, mid size and price were our buying concerns and so far all of our expectaions have been exceeded. If the service department service is as great as your sales department your dealership will be first on our list for our next buying experience. As a 75 year old woman, I've had lots of BAD experiences with car salespeople over the last 50 years, so I wasn't looking forward to having to purchase a new car when, during a violent windstorm, my Nissan with car salespeople over the last 50 years, so I wasn't looking forward to having to purchase a new car when, during a violent windstorm, my Nissan Maxima was crushed by a falling tree. So, because I use the computer almost exclusively for making business and personal purchases, I spent four days researching all the 2011 cars that met my personal and financial needs BEFORE contacting a specific dealer. On the last day of my search, I came upon the Jim Hudson website and noted that they had an Internet Manager, Henry Adams, from whom I could get an immediate quote for the Sonata Limited upon which I had decided. THAT METHOD OF CAR BUYING is the ONLY method I will ever use if I EVER have to buy another car! Henry was kind, genuinely friendly and low-key in his presentation to me...quite personable and knowledgeable and quickly gave me a price that seemed reasonable. After all, unlike many folks, I realize that everyone involved in the car-selling business HAS to make money...my feeling was that the ultimate price upon which we decided was "fair" to all parties involved and, was the lowest price I obtained in subsequent searches to verify that Henry HAD dealt fairly and honestly with me. Without recommendation, I would highly recommend Henry Adams and the Jim Hudson staff (including Rob, Ronnie and Amy)to anyone investigating the purchase of a new car because, as Henry said to me, "We just want you to be completely happy with your purchase." I am! More

Excellent customer service. Very professional. A very nice offer to help out!! He was busy with another patron when I arrived and the sales manager Jake offered to do the same thing!! Great customer service like I said. Jared was also very polite to ask if I needed a water as we toured the cars outside and then as we went over the paperwork. I was not completely prepared to buy that day...wished I woulda a tad bit more research on the price...but overall I am extremely happy with the deal I got!!! Thanks!! More
