I have been in contact via email with Jason for a few months now. I communicated to him the type of car I was looking for - 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS with the preferred package. I called Jason, and he immediately set up a time for me to come to the dealership and purchase the car. I am a hard finance due to educational loans and extended debt. Thomas Martin was able to, with Jason's help, secure me a loan with a good term and fairly low rate. The service I received was impeccable. I was given lunch and was always provided with the utmost of creature comforts. I cannot be more pleased with my car purchase! My Elantra is everything I wanted it to be, and I am so excited to be driving a car that was manufactured in the same year in which I purchased it!! This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Ted was so easy to work with. My dad died in 2009 and then my mom's cars were stolen. Mr Childress managed to work out a deal to get me a loaner car that I drove around in for a few weeks while my car was on order. For free. That is amazing customer service. I would go here again in a heartbeat. In fact, I'm looking into buying another car (a second car for my wife, looking at an Accent), and if I was still in SC, I would definitely come here again. I'm currently talking to a dealer here in Colorado (where I now live) and they want to charge some ridiculous "profit" fee of 700 bucks. I wish I was still in SC to buy from Jim Hudson again. Lesley came over to me when I was looking at the Santa Fe vehicles. I really did not want to talk to a salesman at that time but Lesley made me feel very comfortable and he picked up on the fact that I was vehicles.
