When the time came, he got a great deal for me on the vehicle I wanted...which was at another dealership. He then set up my service appt to get a few things added that I wanted and took care of my wife who brought it in for the service. I was not happy with the service and my latest car buying experience with Capital Hyundai which is very close to my home. I brought my business here, and you're off to a great start! More

I bought a car from them 2 years ago and got a great deal on exactly the vehicle I wanted. Last week I received a call letting me know I was eligible for a refinance at a lower rate. Turned out that the refi required an inspection at the dealership (I now live in another state). The Finance Manager Bobby offered me another option - a brand new car!! Marshall found what I wanted and Bobby got me a great interest rate and monthly payment. These guys BENT OVER BACKWARDS to make sure I received the Elantra I was looking for. My car is beautiful. He has told so many different stories about what's wrong with my moms truck it is pathetic. 3 months later they still don't know what's wrong with her truck and have screwed up so bad the insurance won't cover anything else without proof. Only way they can get proof is to tear the engine back down. Now shes threatened with having to pay for the tear down out of pocket or they will let her buy another vehicle and give her 10k for ghe vehicle she just paid 20k for 6 months ago. Nice way to take care of someone for your missing damage when you already had it torn apart!!! More
