The service guys have done a great job on two previous visits when they changed the timing belt and fixed a problem that had me jumping around from place to place without anybody knowing how to fix it, They were also attentive enough to point out a recall on the subframe. Of all the places that i have serviced the car before, no one has drawn my attention to this issue. I am very thankful that the guys at Jim Hudson Hyundai fixed that. I always work with Frank Flynn. Brian Luberto is still your top service employee Inasmuch as I could not wait for Brian, I received adequate treatment from two different service employees. Unlike possibly other customers I rely on Inasmuch as I could not wait for Brian, I received adequate treatment from two different service employees. Unlike possibly other customers I rely on Brian's suggestions for the upkeep of my cars. Both of the advisors seemed reluctant to suggest additional services. While I do realize that some customers could be offended by even vital vehicle maintaining suggestions I am not one of those. That is but one of the reasons that Brian is such a gem. He knows his customers! I am certain that soon Toby and the rest will benefit from Brian's wisdom and provide his quality of customer service very soon. As usual the wheel alignment and the requested oil change and vehicle inspection was completed timely. I travel to your establishment for more than just loyalty, you provide good/great service. More

Incompetent Fools The entire experience with this dealership was terrible. The moment we walked in they were not customer friendly. The car we wanted was not availabl The entire experience with this dealership was terrible. The moment we walked in they were not customer friendly. The car we wanted was not available due to a mix up and they kept trying to get us to buy another instead of fixing it and bringing the car we had asked for. Then, they made a financing mistake and tried to make us pay for something we did not need to pay for. In fact, they had told us we could not leave the dealership until it was paid. Once I paid it I miraculously got a refund of that exact amount 2 weeks later. Then, two months ago we went in to cancel some unnecessary things we had purchased like maintenance and so forth. Come to find out they NEVER did it when we went in again 2 months later to find out why it had not been credited. Nobody makes the customer feel appreciated there. The receptionist stood there talking to someone who works there while we stood there for 10 minutes before even acknowledging our presence. Not impressed and WILL NEVER go there again. More
