Walk in service FAST! I just bought a 2015 Hyundai Accent three weeks ago and my fiancé ended up getting a flat in the sidewall on one of the tires. I brought the tire and I just bought a 2015 Hyundai Accent three weeks ago and my fiancé ended up getting a flat in the sidewall on one of the tires. I brought the tire and rim to the service department at Jim Hudson Hyundai on 3/27/2015 and was taken in immediately and the service department. The man that helped me checked to see if I had road hazard or not on the tire and then checked to see if the exact tire was available and in stock. Within only a few short minutes I had a new tire mounted and balanced and was cashed out at a reasonable price. I felt I was treated professionally and in a speedy manner. my first experience with the service department was a pleasant and painless experience. I look forward to future visits. More

For the guy who had service done on 3/25/2015, I don't know what his problem was but he could not have gotten T.J. I made my appointment in advance and they took my car as soon as I arrived. I had planned on waiting but because my service was going to take longer then I thought, Ms. Linda gave me door to door service. That was great! She is such a nice lady. I pray God will continue to bless her with such a pleasant attitude. T.J. also gave me a list of hot spots to visit in the Bahamas when I go on vacation! Thanks T.J.! More
