Worst Experience EVER!!! Arrived at Jim Hudson Hyundai late Friday after seeing the vehicle I wanted online. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that evening and left the dealership after 9pm. Being a single woman I had asked all the correct questions (I had thought) about the vehicle. I was assured I was getting a great car that had gone through their 200 point, or something to that effect, inspection. Saturday morning I arrive at work and my boss asks me if they had told me the car had been wrecked. Of course not, it hasn't been wrecked was my response. Needless to say after walking out with him and seeing everything he had seen just by walking by, it was obvious the vehicle had been wrecked front to back, missing bolts, air bags deployed, systems not functioning correctly, car not lined up, bad bad paint job etc. Returned the vehicle that next morning stating it had been wrecked. The GM was not friendly, accommodating or willing to listen to anything we had to say. It took several days and a phone call or two to the owner of the dealership to get them to return the vehicle I had traded along with a handwritten note that simply stated that I owe them nothing and they owe me nothing. Although I love cars, I have never been a fan of the whole car buying experience but this by far exceeding my comprehension of what a nightmare buying a car can turn into. Left without a vehicle for a week with no idea of what was going on. I ended up purchasing the same car from a different dealership and have had a wonderful experience. My advice, steer clear of Jim Hudson, it simply is not worth the stress. They will not stand behind their vehicles and they are not at all honest. They do business as if ethics were nonexistent. More

Exceeded my expectations! This had to be the most painless car purchase I have ever experienced. Impromptu service I needed my oil changed because it was overdue.
