After a not so pleasant interaction at a local dealership, I chose AutoNation 100 miles from home. I traded my 2023 Tucson for a 2025 model. Everything was done via text an email. It was great! Came in for transmission issue and paint coming off the roof. They replaced the transmission and then repainted the roof. Everyone was very helpful. The car was repaired and cleaned. I bought a used car from this dealership this week. Both the dealership and the salesperson were good. This was the first, and last, time I bought a car online, sight unseen. I was surprised and disappointed to discover the car did not have a spare tire. Shame on me for not asking/looking. The bigger issue is that when I got home with the car, I discovered that each wheel has a locking lug nut and there is no key to unlock them. If I ever get a flat or need new tires I'm stuck as the wheel cannot come off. That to me is shocking and very disappointing. That's why the next time I will have to see the car in person for a very thorough inspection before agreeing to purchase.. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! ! They are criminals!!! I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe from this dealer in June. The transaction was great, but that was it! I should have known so ! They are criminals!!! I should have known something was wrong when I was told by SiriusXM that my car didn’t qualify for the trial. I didn’t think much of it because I already had a subscription. Here is where it gets bad. I took the car in for the 8k mile COMPLIMENTARY service and was told that the car was not eligible for complimentary service because the dealer had purchased it as part of their fleet, so the service was wiped out. AT NO TIME WAS THIS EVERY DISCUSSED DURING THE TRANSACTION, AND THAT WAS THE ENTIRE REASON I BOUGHT THE CAR AFTER SELLING MY PREVIOUS 2024 SANTA FE. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH AUTONATION CORP, BUT WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND HYUNDAI CORP THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! More
