I waited over 4 hrs for a maintenance repair for a recall. The guy that checked me in never updated my information or called me when the parts came in. After a not so pleasant interaction at a local dealership, I chose AutoNation 100 miles from home. I traded my 2023 Tucson for a 2025 model. Everything was done via text an email. It was great!
