I should have known something was wrong when I was told by SiriusXM that my car didn’t qualify for the trial. I didn’t think much of it because I already had a subscription. Here is where it gets bad. I took the car in for the 8k mile COMPLIMENTARY service and was told that the car was not eligible for complimentary service because the dealer had purchased it as part of their fleet, so the service was wiped out. AT NO TIME WAS THIS EVERY DISCUSSED DURING THE TRANSACTION, AND THAT WAS THE ENTIRE REASON I BOUGHT THE CAR AFTER SELLING MY PREVIOUS 2024 SANTA FE. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH AUTONATION CORP, BUT WILL ALSO BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA AND HYUNDAI CORP THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! More

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I bought a new Kona Limiter 2025. They told me the car had certain features that it did not (my fault for taking them at their word and not checkin I bought a new Kona Limiter 2025. When I confronted them with it and even showed the text messages all they could say was: Yeah, sorry that happened to you, we shouldn't have done that. I did get a good price I think, but just be careful, check everything they say and make sure it is true. More
