Car buying is never an easy process, nor a quick one. We had done a lot of research prior to finding this particular car on their lot, so that saved a lot of time. I highly recommend doing a LOT of research on whatever car/s you are looking to buy BEFOREHAND. Lots of great websites out there. The car is beautiful, and I hope is sound mechanically. David and Charles were great to work with and helped correct a few last minute minor items on the car for us. Fingers crossed - we are hopeful, but time will tell. Give them a shot though - I think you'll be as pleased as we were. We left smiling :) Shawn Ogburn in Finance was great too! More

Rip-off I wish I could give less than 1 star. And I wish I would have read reviews before my car buying experience. And this was my first car buying exper I wish I could give less than 1 star. And I wish I would have read reviews before my car buying experience. And this was my first car buying experience through a dealership. What a joke. The manager is/was a complete and total p**sy when it came/comes to dealing with our situation, in which they sold us a completely broken car. A car that STILL won't pass emissions which is ILLEGAL in the state of Colorado. It began with me purchasing the car, now being new to dealerships I chalk a lot of this up to my own naievity, but I still walked in with some kind of hope that it would turn out well. I spent 8 HOURS there that day. I gave them my price range and they spent more than an hour showing me cars and letting me test drive cars I could never afford, these cars being literally twice as much as I told them I could afford. Again, apparent naievity on my part. So finally in a last ditch effort they magically found me a car and I was too much invested in my time at this point to walk away, so I got the car. A 2008 Subaru Outback. I said yes because I felt that Subaru's had a generally good reputation. And l did leave happy, but that didn't last long. The VERY NEXT DAY after buying the car, it broke down. Wouldn't start, was having issues, come to find out the entire transmission needed to be replaced. I will give them credit for this 1 thing, because they did agree to fix it under the crappy warranty that came with the car. Now, we get the car back, but it's still having issues. So we take it back and now the catalytic converter is busted. Here is where our fight began. And this is where emissions comes into play. They started with refusing to pay for it until we had to get nasty and threatening. Unlike businesses that have pride, honesty, and integrity (which autonation does not) they forced us to act out because we had no choice. The manager made his little minions do all the phones calls and would never answer the phone himself. He was always "busy." So our car is still at the shop, because FINALLY after threatening them they agreed to fix the catalytic converter, but I drive an hour to pick up the car and the engine light is still on (this has been an issue since day one by the way). And you can't get emissions done with the engine light on, they won't even touch it. Come to find out the ECU is bad and had been some at home job that the previous owner did and was basically just "glued" to the car and is causing problems. None of this, by the way again, seemed to be apparent to Autonation under any kind of inspection you'd assume they'd do before selling a car. I mean it's not like a stupid light was out, we're talking HUGE problems here. So we're STILL having problems being able to get emissions done. Now we're fighting for this one last thing to be fixed and they are refusing to pay for it. We've filed a complaint with the State Attorney General and are now waiting to hear anything back. I am flabbergasted by this behavior and cowardice. DON'T SELL PEOPLE BROKEN CARS JUST SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR QUOTA. Have a little integrity! And I don't care if lemon laws only apply to "new cars," that's a joke. They 100% sold us a lemon and will not take responsibility for it. Also, when you buy a car you're supposed to get a 3 day voucher to get your emissions done. Which we did NOT receive, however, we bought the car and literally had it for 1 day before it went into the shop for about a month. ONE DAY mind you. Yet we were supposed to have this 3 day voucher. They had to the nerve to argue that it was our fault we didn't get emissions done (which hello, would NOT have passed anyway) even though this happened within 24 hours and they had the car at the mechanic's for about a month. DISHONEST. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEAPSKATES! More

Being a New Saleswoman-She did a fantastic job! I convinced my boyfriend to purchase a Hyundai in 2015, so we also bought our vehicle from AUTONATION HYUNDAI 104. My saleswoman on my purchase was Al I convinced my boyfriend to purchase a Hyundai in 2015, so we also bought our vehicle from AUTONATION HYUNDAI 104. My saleswoman on my purchase was Alana Krall. She listened to my needs and wants, drove up with the EXACT Tucson I was wanting to 'test drive' and ended up going home with Ruby 5 hours later. The financing department also listened to my needs and wants, got me the exact interest rate I was willing to pay with zero down and although I didn't add any of the other products that the finance department tried to sell me, he too was very professional, even after receiving a ton of 'no thank you's' from me. I will do everything in my power to send referrals to Alana and to do business with this dealership, even though Subaru's are very popular here in Colorado. We just took Ruby to Glenwood Springs and she drove through the mountains like a champ AND great gas mileage in ECO mode to boot and will share my experience with anyone looking for a new SUV or Car. Thank you so much. I am extremely happy with my choice. Kimberly West More
