When I wanted to purchase a new 2012 Santa Fe I was hesitant to go back but this is my neighborhood dealership so I thought I would give them one more chance. I called and spoke to Rahul and he seemed very knowledgable so I made an appointment for a test drive. When I got there he already had a car in front ready for me to drive which was a pleasant surprise. I told him I didn't want to haggle or spend alot of time and basically if they gave me a fair trade in price for my 2008, I would be purchasing a 2012. They were quick and efficient with appraising my car and had it done by the time I returned from the test drive. Rahul and the sales manager were great! They got me a very fair trade in price and a good price for the 2012. I am very happy with my 2012 Santa Fe and would recommend Rahul to all my friends and family! More

I had purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata from another dealer on Thursday. It was a nice car but already had a lot of miles. The following morning I requested a qoute on the internet for a 2012 model. In the quote I stated a percentage I could put down and that I had excellent credit. Several dealers responded but their emails were generic and basically let me know they'd be in touch. Dominik sent me a picture of a car on the lot and included a listing of all the specs, bells and whistles. He was also the first person to call and offered to fax me a credit form so he could provide a quote. I was on the road at the time and told him I'd call him later. He then sent an email that gave me three possible scenarios depending on my qualifications, with the price of the car and associated fees broken down line by line. When I saw the final price was only $2k more than I paid for my used one I knew I had to pursue the opportunity. Upon my arrival at the dealership I was greeted by warm smiles from a friendly and courteous team. I'll admit I was a little leery as my experience buying the 2011 Sonata the day before was somewhat cold and unpleasant, but Dominik came across less as a salesman and more like a friend from the neighborhood. He continuously affirmed that they would take care of me and that I was in good hands and this constant reassurance put me at ease. My experience with Dominik was a complete 180 from the sales rep who sold me the 2011. Dominik took me for a test drive and took the time to answer all my questions and while we were waiting for financing we chatted like old friends. I had some reservations about signing on the dotted line before I'd even returned the 2011 model to the other dealer but Domink assured me all would go smooth and I could cancel within three days/150 miles if needed. I finished the paperwork with Jeff in financing, who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well, and I left for the night with a plan to return the next day. The following morning I returned the 2011 to the other dealer. I then called Dominik and told him I was ready but needed a ride and he offered to come pick me up, despite the long commute across town. When he arrived I was greeted with a smile, a handshake and a hug. We jumped in the car and as we headed back to GO I knew I'd made the right decision. Dominik then took the time to cover all the features and show me how to operate all the equipment on the car. This was followed up by an email and a phone call thanking me for my business and offering continued support and assistance if I ever had questions or concerns. The whole experience was fantastic and I would recommend GO Hyundai, and Dominik in particular, to anyone shopping for a new auto. I would also like to thank Jaime for his friendliness and Chad for his calm and professional demeanor. Kudos to all you guys, you're a refreshing group to a stale sterotype of the car salesmen. More
