Customer Loyalty Unbelievable Customer Loyalty! Wow! In my 67 yrs. now, I have dealt with (too many) car dealers in that lifetime. But, I have had a remarkable experience, finally! Customer Loyalty! Wow! In my 67 yrs. now, I have dealt with (too many) car dealers in that lifetime. But, I have had a remarkable experience, finally! After purchasing a used car I had a "car meltdown." Even though they could have easily sidestepped my problem, Charles (the GM) gave me a rare gift. They fixed my used car to the tune of $3,500 and loaned me a nice new (well, it had 50 miles on it) Hyundai to drive while they repaired the problem. I have never had this kind of customer loyalty given to me before. Michael, the Service Manager was very helpful as well. My car works perfectly now and they did this of their own accord. This was a complicated "fix" since my car is an Audi and I paid $9,000 for it. Their repair cost $3,500, nearly half of the purchase price. Had I know that i would of probably used HMFC they never even game me a choice. RIP OFF and poor sales practices. More
Awesome to work with I am going through a divorce and no other dealership would even give me the time of day due to past credit problems. The guys, Chuck, Brian and Chris as well as the finance manager, Biggy, (Jeff) went above and beyond to help me get into a car. I have never had a better experience with ANY other dealership. I would totally recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new car!!! More
I am devastated by my recent experience with Auto Nation Hyundai. I purchased my 2005 Hyundai Tucson new, and have been the original and only owner. The head gasket on the vehicle failed, and at 95,000 mile Hyundai. I purchased my 2005 Hyundai Tucson new, and have been the original and only owner. The head gasket on the vehicle failed, and at 95,000 miles, I should be covered under warranty. The service "advisor", Tom Neal at AutoNation Hyundai in Northglenn, CO had essentially told me they wouldn't honor my warranty before he even looked at the vehicle. I was given 3-4 excuses before he settled on telling me that "because there was no coolant in the vehicle, they would not cover it. A multitude of things can cause this, most notably a radiator fail, water pump or thermostat fail. I have regularly serviced my car, and have the service records to prove it. DON'T BUY A HYUNDAI BASED ON THE WARRANTY if this is the selling point for you on the car. Be prepared to be in for a shock. As a single mother, I wanted to rely on this vehicle, and maintenanced it regularly, as I have no other means of transportation. Hyundai does not stand behind their warranty. More

When you think of buying a car you think about sitting in the dealership for 7-8 hrs if not longer. We have a very busy schedule and Kevin was great, worked 90% of the time over the phone or email and 10% s the dealership for 7-8 hrs if not longer. We were dealing with another dealership (closer to home) but after talking to Kevin he was able to offer me the price that we wanted. With out going to his MANAGER a bunch of times during negotiations, because he came out with a great price right away and was thousands less than what the other dealership "BEST" offer was. I did receive a call from the other dealership a few days after buying my car. They asked if i was still in the market. I told them "NO" I was given the deal that I asked for from GO on 104th and went in a bought a car. More
We've had our '07 Santa Fe in for service 7 times in the last 2 years. More than that going back to when we purchased the vehicle. Problems from the beginning still not fixed and COMPLETE CROOKS! This was the first time I bought a car all by myself. I just stopped in to look at the cars they had to offer and the prices. I was not there to buy a car that night and yet they showed me all the cars, I just stopped in to look at the cars they had to offer and the prices. I was not there to buy a car that night and yet they showed me all the cars, I feel in love with the ELANTRA, and they made me an offer I just could not turn down. You hear all these horror stories about buying a car. I felt unpressured, relaxed and I could walk away any time I wanted. They just made it so pleasant. I was not going to buy a car that night and yet my Red, ELANTRA was on it's way to the dealership the next day!!! I got a very fair price, getting it for free would have been the only better offer. I got my price, the dealership got their share and all is happy. I had to take my car in for an adjustment and even that was pleasant experience!!! More
