Trying to find out what work had been done to my car I have been trying to find out exactly what work had been done to my car whilst at the Dealership from March 18th 2016 until April 2nd 2016. I had bee I have been trying to find out exactly what work had been done to my car whilst at the Dealership from March 18th 2016 until April 2nd 2016. I had been physically at the Dealership on March 21st to ask about my vehicle and was Informed still being worked on. I was physically at the Dealership on March 25th and asked about my car answer still being worked on. Hyundai USA telephoned me March 25th whilst I was at the Dealership I gave my phone to the Dealership Service Advisor and he talked to Hyundai USA for about 13 mins at 12.09 pm. The Service Advisor Informed me the car was still being worked on with the help of Hyundai USA. I have asked the GM Charles Clampitt to provide me with an answer to what was done as the Invoice Indicates 1 Hour of work March 18th from 16:03 pm until 17:03 pm nothing noted more than they aired my spare tyre and the Invoice closed March 21st. My Car was damage during this period.Dealership offered to fix, but will not respond to what work was done March 18th through April 2nd 2016 More

Amazing patience and help Rob spent 6 hours with my friend and I trying to help us get in a car. Ultimately we couldn't make it work due to financial issue, but he was extreme Rob spent 6 hours with my friend and I trying to help us get in a car. Ultimately we couldn't make it work due to financial issue, but he was extremely accommodating and made us feel at home the whole time. When we get the finances together to buy, we will definitely be back to see Rob. We're very pleased with our experience today. More

2015 Sonata Gas tank was not filled. Had to return to dealership to setup bluelink. Why I was not offered .9% financing (my credit score is over 800) when I purch Gas tank was not filled.
