The sales (Danielle) and finance (Ambree) reps were great during the purchashing process of my truck but after the sale things went down hill quickly. Whoever handles sending title and registration paperwork during the purchashing process of my truck but after the sale things went down hill quickly. Whoever handles sending title and registration paperwork to the DVM is asleep at the wheel. My temp tags have expired and the dealership won't return my calls or answer my email on the status of when the paperwork was or will be sent so I can register my vehicle. Beware that once they close the sale, you will not hear from them again unless you are buying a vehicle. More
