First of all we went to a competitor dealership and waited there for almost 8 hours and they added unwanted services and So thankful for these people! First of all we went to a competitor dealership and waited there for almost 8 hours and they added unwanted services and add on's that costed almost 1500 extra. We couldn't talk them out of removing it so we walked out. We went immediately to Autonation Honda. They were so kind to work with us especially since we came right before close. They didn't have the exact model of the 2015 CRV that I wanted but the general manager asked me what color I wanted which was red (which the other dealership did not have) and he got me the model up from what I wanted and gave me an amazing price due to all of our troubles from the other dealership. The general manager, Terry, Rachael, and all the others who helped us were so kind and patient. They stayed open for 2 hours after close to ensure I could drive off with my car. I got what I wanted and more with no lies and no trouble. I appreciate everyone tremendously and I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership if you love in the gulf coast area. Same old Sleazy Used Car Managers using old tricks I did purchase a 2013 Odyssey from Autonation Honda, but will not ever be back. First I was told they couldn't come down on price because it was a "c I did purchase a 2013 Odyssey from Autonation Honda, but will not ever be back. First I was told they couldn't come down on price because it was a "certified" vehicle, then sitting down at the finance table, it was all of a sudden "not certified". There was a sticker on the car that said certified. They also led me to believe they could get my requested interest rate when they couldn't so I had to go through my bank at the last minute. The salesman, Richard, was a really nice guy however it's clear the salesmen are puppets for the used car manager. I told them my bottom line which they agreed to only to find the invoice $50 higher. It's not the point of the $50 but respecting the customer. Have my $50 now but never a penny again. Overall, hectic, confusing, stressful car buying experience. Don't let the customer leave, hold the trade in keys, every ridiculous used car sales trick in the book. More

Within about ten minutes of leaving Autonation Honda at Bel Air Mall after buying my 2008 Trailblazer, the check engine light came on. This happened in the middle of the tunnel, and in stop-and-go traffic, Bel Air Mall after buying my 2008 Trailblazer, the check engine light came on. This happened in the middle of the tunnel, and in stop-and-go traffic, so it was more than a little nerve-wracking. I immediately called the dealership to see what was going on, and they told me that it was my problem, since it was a used car. I had the code checked at my Chevy dealer, and they said that the truck had shown this code before, meaning that the check engine light had been reset. So the first week for my ‘new’ used car was spent at the Chevy dealership; parts alone were over $800 to fix. To say I’d avoid Autonation Honda at Bel Air Mall in the future would be an understatement. More
