LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE ON HERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!! THEY ARE BEING 100% HONEST!! This is the absolute worst place to buy a car from. They screwed us out a vehicle and $10,000 because their service department apparently doesn’t know how to check their vehicles before selling them. They sold us a vehicle with a bad transmission and did not tell us. When we found out (about a week later), they said it was too late to return the car for our money back. I might add that they said they couldn’t work on the type of vehicle we bought (so why are they selling it in the first place? I have no earthily idea). They scheduled us an appointment with a dealership who sells this particular vehicle and got us an appointment AFTER THE FIVE DAYS WAS UP. How would we have known it had a bad transmission and returned it in time if y’all scheduled us an appointment after the five days was up….. not our fault and shouldn’t be held against us. They should have taken the car back immediately and apologized for the inconvenience and then FIRED someone in the service department. I am not sure how many people have to complain about the department before they actually do something. This has been a constant and ongoing headache. If you want good customer service and a good service department, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! More

Other than a very long wait, service was very good. I had an appointment, and the expected wait time was just about two hours, if nothing serious emerged. It didn't,, but the wait was over three and a h had an appointment, and the expected wait time was just about two hours, if nothing serious emerged. It didn't,, but the wait was over three and a half hours. I was reassured that everything was ok and that the service was done at no charge. Perhaps a 4.5 would be fairer than a 4. More
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a key fob battery issue. Service writer pushed a brake fluid flush, AC filter change and wheel alignment. About 30 minutes later the tech completed the work. I specifically asked if the key fob issue was taken care of. She said they had changed the battery. When I got home I had the same issue with the fob. When I called I was told batteries in both fobs had to be changed for them to synch and work properly and they had to be Honda batteries. I returned with both fobs to get another battery for the second fob. I drove home and did exactly as I was told to synch the fobs. I still had the same issue. I decided to check the first fob that, I was told, the service department had changed. They had not, it was the battery I had installed days earlier. I called the service manager and explained everything. She asked me if I could come in the next day to correct things. After the parts manager took the first fob apart he confirmed it was not a battery they carried. The manager tried to get him to agree that it could be one they had purchased from Auto-Zone and he said it could not be. He then replaced it with a Honda battery. At last the issue with the fobs was resolved but the sense I got from the service manager was that she was still defending the lie I had been told about the battery being changed in the first place. It took 3 trips over 2 days to get a simple issue resolved. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this dealership’s service department. More
