The selection process was mostly online research. The sales person was responsive via phone and email. The purchase process took over an hour, which was a bit long... but I've experiences worse. I was turned off by the up-selling of warranties without my agreement (lengthened the process). And I was disappointed that I was told the wrong interest rate and the sales person informed us incorrectly of some features. Overall I am happy with the car, because I trust the brand and have owned several previous CRV models. More
