I would not recommend this service department for one reason only. Price hike in oil change in 90 days from previous service was up 42%. Very happy with the process to purchase at AutoNation Honda at Bel Air Mall. Everything was handled over the phone and internet. No gimmicks or hidden fees. Very professional! Thrilled. There was on Honda at Bel Air Mall. Everything was handled over the phone and internet. No gimmicks or hidden fees. Very professional! Thrilled. There was only one hiccup. When we went to pick the car up... we had an appointment at 12:30. Our salesman Sam was there to greet us, introduced us to the car, took it to get detailed and gassed-up. That was great! But then we had to sit for an hour for the finance person to show up to process the paperwork. That wasn't appreciated. But all and all we had a great experience. More

My first 2023 Ridgeline I had just purchased December 27, 2022 was declared a total loss by my insurance company May 22, 2023 and I needed a r of me.
