Dealership is fine but it’s frustrating when you schedule an appointment for an oil change and still wait 2 hours for something that takes less than an hour to do. He is consistently helpful, positive, understanding and patient. The episode I had with front struts on my 2011 CR-V was unique. He helped me get them replaced to my satisfaction without my complaints being ignored. It concerns me Hondas over ten years old are not supported with genuine Honda parts, forcing owners to use OEM parts. Brad has always been up front and honest to me. I refuse to consult anyone else.
