I can usually get an appointment at a time that works for me. I have had a few hiccups with the service there but they always made it up to me. He is consistently helpful, positive, understanding and patient. The episode I had with front struts on my 2011 CR-V was unique. He helped me get them replaced to my satisfaction without my complaints being ignored. It concerns me Hondas over ten years old are not supported with genuine Honda parts, forcing owners to use OEM parts. Brad has always been up front and honest to me. I refuse to consult anyone else. More
