My visit to Honda was great! I had to bring my car in for a recall and they treated me as though I was a paying customer. I pulled in to the service garage and greeted right a I had to bring my car in for a recall and they treated me as though I was a paying customer. I pulled in to the service garage and greeted right away. The service man asked if I needed anything else done or needed something else looked at. I didn’t. He told me it should take and hour to and hour an a half and I was out of there within the hour. I was impressed on how they turned the showroom into a nice waiting area. They have a charging station, nice coffee bar set up, it was nice. Great Job Honda Parkside More

I am so happy Joe Schober is carrying on Mike West's history of excellent care of our Hondas! I now feel secure driving my 2007 CRV since it has just been thouroughly checked by Joe on 3-30-2022.. My daughter was passing through Knoxville on her way to see family in Ohio (we live outside of Atlanta, GA) when her car stopped running at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. We had the car towed to AutoNation Ho see family in Ohio (we live outside of Atlanta, GA) when her car stopped running at 9:00 pm on a Friday night. We had the car towed to AutoNation Honda West Knoxville and called first thing Saturday morning and spoke with David in the service department. He assured her he would get the car in and figure out what was wrong as soon as possible. It turns out her timing belt had snapped and she would have to leave the car so they could continue working on it on Monday since they wouldn't be able to tell how much damage had been done. Well, of course it was bad. David kept her up to date on what needed to be done, which is when I spoke with David and Scott. I explained how we weren't from the area and would need updates so we could arrange to pick the car up when she was passing back through Knoxville on her way home the following week. They had to order a new engine for our 2009 Accord which took about a week. Once it was in, they were able to quickly get it installed and ready for us to come back and pick it up. I truly appreciate David's help in dealing with my twenty-something daughter who had no idea what to do and with working with me once we knew what needed to be done. He was a pleasure to work with, kept me informed the entire time, and I felt he really went out of his way to help us, knowing we were from out of town and in a pinch. I'm very thankful for his help since I was 4 hours away and couldn't just come in and handle things. Thanks David, for being such a great representative of AutoNation Honda West Knoxville More
