Upon arriving 5 or 6 maintenance advisors simply stared at me - no greeting - no welcome or what can we do for you , and I was the “o felt welcome !! Service worked performed was very good !!! Prices were outrageous - shocking so !!! Bought my Honda new at this dealership 10 years ago and nothing but great service, however, things appear to have changed greatly - no longer customer oriented !!!
