Mechanics - not so great (I think this is an industry problem right now). They replaced the battery (not why I took it in. had I known, would have done it myself); however, they failed to reinstall part of the air intake system they removed to access the battery, which wasn't discovered by us until a general engine check after a week and a long road trip. They did replace/reinstall the air intake part with no hassle or delay. Service also gave us two free oil changes. Service is good overall...if you keep an eye on them :) More
