Our service representative, Brad Skinner, was wonderful. He handled our appointment promptly and actually got us out on the street much quicker than expected. In the past we were usually very satisfied until our last two appointments when we were left parked in the yard for an hour to an hour and a half before bringing us in for an oil change and tire rotation. Happy to see that things are getting back to the way they used to be. Again, thank you so much Brad Skinner for making our appointment an enjoyable one. Great work! More
