Danny Lee is my Honda service advisor. I got an oil change and tire rotation during lunch time. When done, I wanted to check remote start and he showed me in seconds. He also took the utmost care of my detailed Honda. Checkout was simple right at his desk. I also checked to make sure my odometer was not set on kilometers. I learn something new with Danny about my car. He also checked for any recalls when I asked and it was on my receipt, there was none. Service with efficiency, knowledge and a smile. Ask for Danny Lee for your Service appt. Also, the lady at the front desk is also very welcoming and knows all the staff. There is seating outside and nice & cool inside with several seating areas. With the intense heat, they even have an outdoor tent with a fan for their sales people. As far as facilities, the garage area, desks all immaculate. Inside Honda waiting areas very clean also. I have yet to ever see anything on the floor or in the parking lot area over the years of service going to Honda service with now my 3rd Honda.I have never used their Express Service and was taken care of in about an hour. Cars need to cool bit before oil can be changed. Oil change stickers are also placed at the top left of my windshield to let me know if my next oil change . They post these at 5000 miles to insure appointments are made. My car also tells me via the dash screen that Maintenance and the code is due soon. Great tech package on my 2021 Honda Accord. Go Honda teams!!!! Honda service also services Toyotas and other vehicles, just call and ask! Also remember to check your email for Honda Autonation service coupons. Every bit helps. But service is the best! If Danny doesn’t know the answer he will look it up, talk to technicians all right then and there, not that is service!!! More

The Service Manager was very helpful in fixing an error on my invoice. The dealership has a habit of recommending services at a greater frequency than the Honda Owner’s Manual and Maintenance Minder recom on my invoice. I thought I had and appointment but was at wrong place. The representative who talked with me said not to worry they could work me in. So they did my servicing and I was back on the road in no time.
