I can only speak to the service department's quality, and my service rep, Dannie Lee. I formed an instant connection to Dannie. He's approachable, amiable, honest and doesn't waste my time. That's important my service rep, Dannie Lee. I formed an instant connection to Dannie. He's approachable, amiable, honest and doesn't waste my time. That's important to me. He doesn't suggest or push me towards unnecessary items or services, which shows me integrity. He's the only one I take my car to, and he's getting ready to end up with the husband's truck next. While Dannie isn't the only one who works on the car, he is my point man, and I trust him when he says my car is ready. I travel all over the US for work in that car and it HAS to be reliable. So as long as AutoNation has Dannie, AutoNation has my business. More

Was disappointed in length of time my appt took. I think honda should train the service reps that when one wants a tire rotation to have them ask if customer’s tires were purchased thru their deal I think honda should train the service reps that when one wants a tire rotation to have them ask if customer’s tires were purchased thru their dealership. Good thing I mentioned that I was due free rotations cause I purchased my tires via Honda. Also I also had to mention about 10% discount on service but didn’t have notice with me. I was given the discount but why doesn’t Honda give customers offered discounts without being asked by customer? That would show the customer that Honda is looking out for their them in good faith to save customer pocketbooks. Something we all appreciate with the high cost of goods. Also luckily I went over the bill while still in service department and the $30 charge for tire rotation was on it. They rewrote the invoice. I think your invoices r too difficult to understand and descriptions should show more layman’s terms so when one getshome they know what was actually done. Also I questioned the last item on invoice because it said $9.99 “FEE FOR REPAIR ORDER”. Which I took as printing up the invoice. There also seems to an inordinate amount of personnel in service area…two people are shifting cars around while 3-4 other service tepd who sit behind desks are gathering in aisle chit chatting and I’m paying a high cost for your unproductive employees. These r things that I observed while waiting for to get on with my day. More

The original battery failed in 33 months. The mileage at 58,000 miles eliminated all warranty adjustments. A new battery was installed without stating there was no pro rated adjustment. $348.
