In fact I did call the General manager, had to leave a message. It has been 3 business days since and no return phone call. I can only assume AutoNation Honda has no interest in actually helping dissatisfied customers. This message "AutoNation Honda West Knoxville take our reviews very seriously" only pay's lip service to the public, they hope dissatisfied customers won't actually act on their request to call them.
